• Spirals - 400g
• Salt and pepper - to taste
• feta cheese - 400g
• Onions - 2 pcs.
• Ghee - 3 tbsp
• cream - 400 ml
• Milk - 150 ml

Boil pasta until soft in plenty of salted water. Grate cheese, peel onion. Discard the pasta in a colander, give water to drain and mix with 120 g of cheese. Pepper and place in baking dish, greased.

 

Heat the ghee and put in it the onion until transparent state. Mix the cream with milk and boil rapidly. Stir the mixture with 150 grams of cheese and let it melt. Pepper and pour over pasta. Arrange on top the rest of cheese, onions and bake about 8 minutes.
