• Pasta (penne) - 500g
• Salt - to taste 

for the sauce (cod):

• Cod (fillets chopped) - 500g
• onions (chopped) - 1 pc.
• garlic (sliced) - 6 cloves
• vegetable oil - 1 / 4 cup
• cream - 1 cup
• parsley (chopped parsley) - 1 / 4 cup

for the bechamel:

• Milk - 2 cups
• wheat flour - 2 tbsp
• butter - 2 tbsp
• Salt - to taste


Boil pasta in salted water and drain. To prepare the bechamel sauce flour fry in oil until golden brown. Gradually pour the milk, stirring constantly, boil until thick and add salt.


To prepare the sauce of garlic, cod fry in oil until golden brown and remove from the oil. At the same oil fry the onion until soft, add the cod and fry until golden. Then put the garlic, cream and b?chamel sauce, boil until the consistency of sour cream, sprinkle with herbs and salt.

Pasta thoroughly with sauce and cooked immediately bring to the table (you can sprinkle grated parmesan cheese).
