• pasta (curly) - 400g
• olive oil - 2 tbsp
• bacon (strips, finely chopped) - 6 pcs.
• garlic (crushed) -2 cloves
• red pepper - 2 pcs.
• cherry tomatoes (halves) - 250g
• Avocado -3 pc.
• crackers
• For filling: Lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
• sour cream - 180 ml
• a sprig of rosemary for decoration

Boil pasta in large pot of salted water, drain and rinse under running water. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the bacon and garlic, stirring, until crisp.

Drain on paper towels. Cut the peppers into 4 pieces, remove seeds and bake under a hot grill skin up, until it begins to blacken. Cover the peppers with plastic or paper and leave for 5 minutes. Remove the peel. Cut into strips 2 cm long Avocado peel and chop. Before you serve, combine pasta with bacon and avocado, add the peppers, tomatoes and sprinkle with croutons. Drizzle with dressing. To prepare filling, combine all the necessary ingredients in a blender and whip until a homogeneous sauce. Decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
