alla carbonara Ingredients:

• Spaghetti - 300g
• Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
• bacon - 200g
• dry white wine - 125 ml
• egg - 3 pc.
• Parmesan - 70g
• pecorino cheese - 30g
• Garlic - 3 cloves
• sea salt - 1 tsp
• Black pepper (ground) - to taste.

This recipe should be cooked only with spaghetti - the classic Italian pasta. Bacon, cut into thin strips 1 cm long 3 cm oil in a frying pan, fry bacon over 8 minutes. Add wine. 

Cook until the smell of alcohol does not evaporate, about 6 minutes, keep warm. Grate the cheese finely. Beat eggs, mix with the cheese and mix. Crush garlic and add to egg mixture.Spaghetti to cook, to shift in a strongly heated utensils. Immediately pour the egg mixture into the hot pasta, add the sea salt and mix well. Pour in pasta with bacon, wine, season with black pepper, stir quickly and immediately serve with grated parmesan cheese, black pepper and olive oil.
