Curly pasta with sauce, sugo |

Ingredients
• Macaroni finurnye - 400g • minced meat (beef) - 500g • Onions - 1 pc. • Garlic - 2-3 cloves, tomatoes - 4 pcs. • tomato paste - about 4 tablespoons • dry wine (red or white) - 1 / 2 cup • olive oil for frying • basil, oregano, salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Preheat a deep heavy skillet olive oil, add the thinly sliced garlic, petals and fry it until a nice garlic flavor.
