Ingredients

• Pasta - 500g
• fresh basil - 1 bunch parsley
• Roquefort cheese - 300g
• cream - 2 cups
• Walnuts - 100g.


Cook the pasta in lightly salted water. Boil the cream, Roquefort cheese crumbled, melted in the cream, add chopped basil and mix with chopped shelled walnuts. Macaroni put the pyramid on a plate, pour over sauce and garnish with parsle
